How to Take Measurements?
To measure your feet, stand on a flat floor with the back of your heels against a straight edge or a wall.
- Measure the length of your foot by placing a ruler on the floor straight along the inside of your foot from the heel to the toes.
- Place an object with a flat and straight edge on your toes, with the edge touching the tip of your longest toe. Take the measurement (in millimeters) from the ruler at the point where it reaches the flat edge of the object used (see image above). This is the measurement of the length of your foot.
- You might find that one foot is longer than the other, which is quite normal. Use the larger measurement when selecting your shoe size. If your foot measurement falls halfway between two sizes, choose the larger size.
