SHIPPING POLICY

Parisy ecommerce delivers worldwide.
Processing
All PARISY orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM CET, excluding weekends and Italian bank holidays. All orders are generally dispatched within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment. However during the Private Sale, Sales Season and Holiday Season this can be up to 7 days.
For pre-orders you will receive communication via email on the progress of your order and shipping.
We ship with DHL to ensure your order will arrive quickly and safely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking code so you can track the progress of your order. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by vacation days, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control.
If for any reason you should decide to reject or refuse delivery of your order, you will be liable to cover the costs of the return to our warehouse and, any duties/customs charges associated with this. Any amounts will be deducted directly from your refund.
Method
Parisy offers complimentary free shipping to Italy for all orders above €500.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Estimated delivery time to Italy is two (2) working days, EU is three (3) working days.
For International Shipping, estimated delivery time is around five (5) working days. We do our best to ensure original timing estimates are met, but cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by vacation days, bad weather conditions or events outside of our control. Shipment costs are calculated at checkout and may vary depending on the country.

Taxes and duties
Our production and warehouse are located in Italy. Shipments to destinations outside the EU may be subject to import duties and taxes, which vary depending on your location. Duty and custom taxes are collected at the time of delivery and they are exclusive responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the total price at the moment of checkout. Since they are determined by the customs agency in the destination country, they are beyond our control. For more information, please contact your local customs office and check import tax policies for products made in Italy. The clearance procedures can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

If you purchased a PARISY product from another website, please contact the reseller directly.
RETURN POLICY
Conditions
At Parisy we do everything possible to make you satisfied with our shoes. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return.
All purchased products being returned must be sent back (including those being exchanged) in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and complete with all original Parisy packaging. All boxes, dust bags and all other things included in your purchase should be included within your return which are deemed part of the product. All returns are thoroughly examined upon receipt. We will only issue a refund in case the product and its packaging are in a new-like and re-sellable condition. To make sure your new shoes are returnable, please only try your shoes on a carpeted surface, as any returns which shows signs of wear will be rejected.
Items that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you. We reserve the right to inspect your return and to reject any returns if not in proper condition.
Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are the customer responsibility. Parisy cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel.
We remind you that we accept returns on all full-price items only (not sale items). Refunds will not be possible on returns of products purchased with any sales discount, pre-order, archive sales, private sales. In those cases, it will be possible to proceed with a store credit or an exchange. We ask you to contat our Customer Service at customer@parisy.it to find the solution that best meets your needs.
Return process
1 Request your return by sending an email to customer@parisy.it with:
- Your order number
- The description of the item you wish to return (name, color, size)
- The reason why you want to return the item:
– I don’t like it (1)
– Color doesn’t correspond to the photo (2)
– It’s different than the photo (3)
– It’s too small (4)
– It’s too big (5)
– It arrives too late (6)
– Item shows defects (7)
– Other (8) please describe”
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
2 Once the return request has been completed, you’ll receive by email step-by-step instructions on how to proceed, a proforma invoice to place IN/ON the box, a prepaid label sent by out team.
3 Pack the item in the original box
4 Arrange a pick-up with DHL or hand the package at the closest DHL Service Point using the prepaid label.
All returns has a negotiated fixed cost of shipping:
- Italy: 10€
- EU: 20€
- UK: 30€
- USA, Canada: 40€
- United Arab Emirates, China, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Hong Kong: €50
- Qatar, Oman, Australia, Sudafrica: €60
- Rest of the World: €80
The applicable cost of shipping your return listed above and related additional duties will be deducted from your refund. By submitting a return, you consent to the deduction of the return shipping cost from your refund.
Exanges
At Parisy.it, we’ve taken every measure to ensure our shoes fit you perfectly (refer to our size guide with measurements in cm/inch). However, if the size isn’t right for you, we offer the option to exchange for a different size. Simply email us at customer@parisy.it, and we’ll guide you through the process.
Please note that by initiating an exchange, you agree to cover the return shipping costs (as listed above) and any associated additional duties using the same method or credit card used for your initial order.
Upon receiving your package at our warehouse, we will inspect the item as part of our return process. Once your return is approved, we will dispatch your new item and notify you via email.
Refund
Once your package reaches our warehouse, please allow 5 to 10 business days for processing your return.
As soon as your return has been accepted and processed, your refund will be issued to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. You will be notified by email once the return is complete and the refund has been issued.
Please note that for security reasons, we cannot issue a refund to a different payment method and/or credit card.
The time needed for your refund to be available in your account may vary based on the payment method used:
- Credit cards: 2-7 business days (depending on your bank)
- PayPal: within 48 hours
Please note that original shipping costs and export custom duties will not be refunded.
Responsibility
Returned items are your responsibility until they reach us; please ensure they are properly packaged and cannot be damaged during shipping. Parisy will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event a returned package is lost, stolen or mishandled.
Please ensure you get proof of the return (a receipt) in case you need to contact us about your return.
