Shipping and Return

All Parisy orders are processed Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 2 PM CET, excluding weekends and Italian bank holidays. All orders are generally dispatched within 2-5 working days after receipt of payment. However during the Private Sale, Sales Season and Holiday Season this can be up to 7 days. If your purchase is not exactly what you are looking for, you have 14 days from receiving your order to arrange your return. We accept returns on all full-price items only (not sales items). All purchased products being returned must be sent back (including those being exchanged) in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered and complete with all original Parisy packaging. All boxes, dust bags and all other things included in your purchase should be included within your return which are deemed part of the product. All returns are thoroughly examined upon receipt.
